30-day defect-refund coverage
When purchases open, your workbook purchase will include 30 days of defect-refund coverage from the purchase date. If the supplied workbook has a defect that prevents a described, supported function from working, report it within that period and we will refund the workbook purchase price.
What counts as a defect
A defect is a reproducible problem in the supplied workbook, such as an incorrect formula or a failure to import or open correctly in the supported Google Sheets environment on a computer. Incorrect results caused by missing or incorrect entries, or changes you make to the workbook, are not product defects. This definition does not limit any mandatory rights you have.
How to request help or a refund
Email paydayfold@gmail.com with your order reference, a description of the problem and the step where it occurs. A fictional or redacted example helps us understand the issue. Do not send bank credentials or a full personal budget. We may ask for information reasonably needed to identify the purchase and understand the defect.
Your rights remain
This 30-day commitment supplements, and does not replace or restrict, mandatory customer rights or any applicable payment-provider refund rights. Rights that apply regardless of a defect or beyond 30 days remain unaffected. If those rights give you greater protection, they take precedence.
Current availability
