14 days of import help
When purchases open, your workbook purchase will include 14 days of import help from the purchase date. This covers opening or importing the supplied workbook into Google Sheets on a computer. It does not include custom budget setup, bank integrations or personal financial advice.
What to include
For import help, include your order reference, the step that failed and the exact error message, if any. Use fictional figures or a redacted screenshot when needed. Never send passwords, bank credentials or access to your Google Drive.
Defects and refunds
The workbook purchase will include 30-day defect-refund coverage from purchase. See the Refund policy for details. This coverage does not restrict mandatory customer rights.
Current product status
The on-site workbook example is a fictional design preview. The finished workbook and Google Sheets import still need testing. Checkout and delivery are disabled, and no orders are accepted.
